Eaton Leonard 300HS CNC Tube Bender

• Highly automated heavy duty production machine

• Bends up to 3" OD

Vector Data Center

• State-of-the-art Vector laser measurement center gives us an edge over the competition.  While scanning a sample tube provided by a customer, the Vector can automatically program the bender.  This reverse-engineering capability has made us very popular, especially among our customers who do not have access to CAD programs.

  • Compact laser probe with non-contact scanning measurement for superior accuracy
  • Visible spectrum laser projects a red beam on the tube for visual location feedback
  • On-screen 3D graphic inspection reports display out-of-tolerance conditions
  • Bi-directional communications with Eaton Leonard automatic tube bender reduces set-up time and creates a closed loop system with self-correcting capabilities

Eaton Leonard VR-12 Orbital Head Tube Bender

• Tube diameter range:  .187” to .500”

• Bends both clockwise and counterclockwise rotation for maximum flexibility

• Simultaneous head rotation around part with collet rotation reduces cycle times and maximizes productivity

• 3D graphic rendering of the part shape provides quick verification of the current part configuration

• Tubular parts with fittings, coils and hoses are easily produced
