SCR’s tube bending equipment is C.N.C. (computerized numerical control).  We can bend round tubing ranging in size from 3/16" O.D. to 3" O.D.  We cannot bend tubing over 3", but we can cut and weld elbows and straight tubing to match your specifications.  The materials we can bend include mild steel, stainless steel, aluminized steel, aluminum, copper, titanium, and Inconel.  Please inquire about other materials or sizes not listed here.  Tooling is available for most tubing sizes, in a wide range of centerline radii.  Smaller tubing sizes, such as those used in fuel and brake lines, may be bent using dual radii if required.  Click here for a current bend die list.  SCR is MIL-I 45208A certified, and we have a quality control program in place. 

We also have the capability to manufacture hose assemblies.  We are an OEM Distributor for Goodyear.  We offer Goodyear rubber hydraulic hose and fittings, forged hose adapters and tube fittings, low-pressure brass fittings and low and high pressure ball valves, pneumatic, hydraulic and diagnostic quick coupling and fluid and material transfer hose products.

Prototyping is a specialty here at SCR. Working closely with Shafer’s Classic Reproductions, a leader in the automotive restoration marketplace, we designed the fuel, brake and engine lines as well as the exhaust system for this classic 1964 Chevy.
